Sr. Manufacturing Quality Engineer | Rutherford, NJ | Onsite We are hiring 2 Senior Quality Engineers with 8+ years of manufacturing quality engineering experience to support plant operations for data center chiller manufacturing . ????

- Monitor and improve manufacturing processes and product quality
- Lead RCCA, 8D, FMEA, Six Sigma, and corrective/preventive actions
- Develop quality control plans, inspection procedures, and testing protocols
- Conduct manufacturing process audits and drive defect reduction
- Partner with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams
- Support new product introduction and quality validation
- Analyze quality metrics using SPC, Minitab, Excel , and other statistical tools
- Train production teams on quality and problem-solving practices
- Ensure compliance with
ISO 9001, ASHRAE
, and applicable standards ???? Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- 8+ years of Quality Engineering experience in manufacturing
- Experience with HVAC, refrigeration, chillers, or industrial equipment preferred
- Strong knowledge of 8D, FMEA, RCCA, Six Sigma, SPC, and QMS
- Experience with
ISO 9001
compliance
- Knowledge of GD&T, blueprint interpretation, and measurement tools
- Hands-on experience with welding, brazing, assembly, and testing
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills ?
