PM Location:

Elma, NY Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Process Compliance Operator to work on-site with our client in Elma, NY.

Responsibilities:

Identify and document product/process nonconformances and defects. Perform quality checks in machining, assembly, and test environments. Create and maintain NCRs and quality records. Support root cause analysis, containment, and corrective actions. Work with Quality, Engineering, and Operations to resolve issues. Monitor corrective actions and verify effectiveness. Review quality/production data for recurring issues. Ensure compliance with SOPs, work instructions, and specifications. Support continuous improvement and quality audits.

Required Skills & Experience:

1 3+ years of manufacturing or quality experience. Experience with quality inspection and nonconformance/NCRs. Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys, 8D, or CAPA. Manufacturing experience in machining, assembly, or testing preferred. Ability to read engineering drawings/specifications. Experience with calipers, micrometers, or other inspection tools is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Proficient with Microsoft Excel; ERP/QMS experience is a plus. Tekberry, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
