+ Excellent Benefits Package Are you a Reliability, Maintenance, or Quality Engineer from a manufacturing or industrial background, looking to play a key role at an industry-leading business, offering specialist training, additional certifications, and long-term career progression? This is an excellent opportunity to take a technical lead at a growing organization and receive extensive training in Reliability, SAP, and Lean methodologies, with long-term progression into further engineering and management positions. In this role, you will investigate significant equipment failures, conduct root cause analysis, analyze production data and KPIs, and work closely with maintenance, process, and production teams to drive reliability and process improvements. You will initially spend significant time on the shop floor learning the equipment, processes, and working closely with operators. This role would suit a Reliability, Maintenance, or Quality Engineer from a manufacturing or industrial background, looking for extensive specialist training and opportunities to progress into senior and management roles.

The Role:

Investigate equipment failures through data analysis and root cause investigations, developing long-term reliability solutions Monitor KPIs, production performance, run rates, and schedule compliance while driving process improvements 6-9 months of training alongside an experienced Reliability Engineer, alongside SAP, Lean, and reliability training

The Person:

Reliability Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Quality Engineer, or similar Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or similar Manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or similar background
