SENIOR QUALITY ENGINEER - PLANT QUALITY & SYSTEMS ABOUT RELY RELY
is a high-growth contract manufacturing organization built by leaders who execute, own outcomes, and protect customer trust. Our leadership team has worked together for many years across multiple businesses, with a proven track record of scaling operations, growing people from within, and retaining long-term customer partnerships. Quality at RELY is not a department or a compliance exercise. It is an operating principle embedded in how decisions are made, how work is designed, and how teams are developed. We collaborate intentionally, move with urgency, and hold ourselves to a high bar—while remaining deeply committed to developing our people and doing the right thing.
THE ROLE
The Senior Quality Engineer is a hands-on, plant-facing quality engineer and system builder responsible for ensuring quality is consistently and logically embedded into daily operations. This role acts as a visible voice of quality across the plant, helping teams make sound decisions, building practical systems that scale, and reinforcing behaviors that protect customers, associates, and the RELY brand. The Senior Quality Engineer partners with production to define what quality inspections and controls are needed, drives decisions to closure, ensures they are followed, and leads investigations at the point of production. How time is split between the floor and system work will shift with business needs, but the expectation stays the same: when quality needs attention, this person goes to where the work is. This position owns the execution and continuous improvement of Layered Process Audits (LPAs), ISO-based quality processes, and systematic quality checks. The role also contributes as part of a cross-functional mentoring team that identifies and develops quality capability within the production workforce. As trust, judgment, and impact are demonstrated, this role is expected to take on increasing ownership, influence, and leadership responsibility.

RECRUITING & EMPLOYER BRAND AD - PUBLISHING READY
Senior Quality Engineer - Build Quality That Scales RELY is seeking a hands-on Senior Quality Engineer who wants more than a compliance role. This is an opportunity for a builder—someone who wants to shape how quality is designed into operations, influence decisions on the plant floor, and help grow people and systems that will support the business for years to come. Our leadership team has grown with the organization, scaling multiple operations together over many years. We believe in earning responsibility, promoting from within, and backing our people when they make the right call. Quality matters here—not as a slogan, but as a daily operating expectation. In this role, you will act as a plant-level voice of quality, working directly on the floor and partnering closely with operations, engineering, and maintenance to ensure quality checks are logical, risk-based, and effective. You will define inspection requirements, lead root cause investigations, own LPAs, maintain ISO-based quality processes, and help transform tribal knowledge into practical systems that make doing the right thing easier every time. You will also play a meaningful role in developing internal quality capability. Working as part of a mentoring team, you will help identify production associates with strong quality aptitude and support their growth into QA roles—building a sustainable quality bench from within. This role is designed for someone who thrives in high-performing environments. We move fast. We collaborate directly. We expect ownership and follow-through. We support each other, own our mistakes, and take pride in winning together. If you are energized by responsibility, accountability, and the chance to build something that lasts, RELY offers a rare opportunity to grow alongside a proven leadership team. This is not a slow, siloed, or desk-bound quality role. It is a hands-on, visible, and influential position with real upside for the right individual. If you are ready to step into a role where quality is taken seriously, leadership is stable, and growth is earned—RELY would like to meet you. #indmfg
