\nPosted 06/2026\nJob Description\nJob Summary\nSNCs Military Fellowship Program partners with programs such as SkillBridge and Hiring Our Heroes to provide fellowship opportunities to service members transitioning to the civilian workforce. These fellowships include up to six months of on-the-job industry training for eligible service members. During this time, participants gain valuable work experience in the civilian sector and build professional networks as they prepare for their transition to full-time civilian work.\n

NOTE:

You must be currently serving on active duty to be eligible for this fellowship program. This program is not for veterans who have already separated from the military.\nAs a Test Engineer at SNC, you will be using your skills and expertise to simulate, test, certify and improve cutting edge products and services. These cover a very wide range from advanced mission payloads and electronic systems through highly integrated aircraft to orbital and space exploration systems. Youll develop complex test plans and procedures for a variety of systems to ensure the verification and validation of all product requirements. You will also be involved with the execution of the tests using top industry tools. As a cross functional engineer, youll test system and component level new products and develop new test processes throughout the product lifecycle.\nThe ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and Security (IAS) business area is a leader in ISR and aviation, it is a leading prime manned and unmanned aircraft systems integrator for innovative, high-performance ISR and aviation systems. Qualifications You Must Have:

\nCurrently serving as active duty military and be eligible to participate in the DoD SkillBridge program\nBachelors of Science degree in Engineering or other related discipline and typically 0-2 or more years of experience\nConceptual knowledge of engineering principles and practices\nFamiliarity working in multi-disciplinary design and development teams\nKnowledge of requirements management, system design, and systems integration\nExposure to planning, conducting and documenting Verification and Validation (V&V) activities\n

Qualifications We Prefer:

Estimated Starting Salary Range:

$64,853.15 - $89,173.08. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.
