We're seeking Civil, Construction, and Environmental Engineering Interns with an interest in Water/Wastewater Engineering to support the delivery of cutting-edge projects for both local and global clients. As a member of our Montgomery team, you'll have the chance to challenge yourself and perform a variety of water and wastewater conveyance and treatment projects from the initial planning and design phase through construction. Your work could include a variety of water/wastewater treatment, conveyance, storage, and/or water resources projects including providing field investigations, hydraulic evaluations, cost estimation, the use of GIS and CAD software design, data entry, document and plan preparation and project management support. Each day, you will be an important team member as you assist with projects for our clients. We are looking for candidates with excellent oral and written communication skills, self-motivation, and team-oriented work practices. Enrollment in a degree seeking program in Civil, Construction, Environmental, or another closely related field. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience: Previous intern experience with a consulting or engineering firm Relevant coursework or projects EIT or on track to obtain Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
