Perform and check calculations for storm-water management, potable water distribution, and sanitary sewer collection and transmission. Prepare specifications and drawings. Design land-development infrastructure, including roadways, water, sewer, and drainage. Prepare and process permits through applicable agencies. Interface with clients, engineers, CAD drafters, and other disciplines. Prepare site construction cost estimates. Review, correct, and approve shop drawings and other material specifications. Attend and participate in client and internal staff meetings. Deliver project technical documents and maintain a high level of organization and technical competency. Provide construction inspection services. Process certification and closeout of permits through applicable agencies. Requirements for the
