Duties Prepare and review contact/ subcontract documents. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes using financial software such as Microsoft Excel. Integrate subcontracts into accounting system Ensure project costs and resolve discrepancies Perform other accounting, contract administration, and project-support duties as needed. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or some accounting experience Construction accounting, project accounting, contract administration, or bookkeeping experience preferred. Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software . Strong written and verbal communication skills.
