Senior Accountant Job Description:

We are looking for a detail oriented Senior Accountant who can work in a fast-paced environment. This position will be required to manage multiple projects & deadlines, work independently, and has excellent follow up skills. Excellent communication is required as this position will interact with banks, vendors, overseas factories, and internal office staff.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile periodic inventory records, reconcile quarterly physical count to inventory records and resolve any discrepancies.
• Process and handle RMAs, AR, AP, PO, IM, GL and credit memos.
• Help process payroll & taxes.
• Help with financial audit.
• Assists in the month-end close process, prepare journal entries, reconciliations and analysis of assigned GL accounts, and various post close analysis and reports.
• Additional accounting related assignments may be assigned as needed.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from a four-year recognized university. 10+ years of accounting experience related to the job description. Must be bilingual in Mandarin. Solid understanding of financial statements and GAAP. Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable working in a team environment. Strong leadership skills and a "can do" attitude that drives operational and financial results. Experience in financial month-end closes (process, requirements, reporting, etc.) Advanced Excel skills to manipulate large data files to perform various analysis using

VLOOKUP, PIVOT

TABLE, INDEX, MATCH, and etc. Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills demonstrating the ability to understand key business drivers and offer workable solutions.
