•33 Job Summary Only Bilingual Mandarin or Cantonese applicants will be considered. A leading international logistics and supply chain company is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized staff accountant. This position will support daily accounting and financial operations related to freight forwarding, transportation, import/export services, and supply chain activities. Responsibilities Maintain and audit accounting records including general ledgers, sub-ledgers, invoices, and financial reports. Review operational files to ensure revenue and expenses are entered accurately and timely. Manage accounts receivable activities and monitor customer payment status. Reconcile payments Assist with budgeting, financial analysis, and variance reporting. Prepare invoices and support tax reporting requirements in compliance with local regulations. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Assist with additional accounting and finance projects as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's degree, major in financial management/accounting, intermediate title/junior title. More than 3 years of working experience in overall accounting (General ledger account and reporting), preferably in the freight forwarding industry.
