In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience across core accounting functions while working closely with our Accounting Supervisor and cross-functional partners in Sales. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their accounting career who wants to build a strong foundation in AP/AR, month-end close, and business partnering. Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice coding, matching, and payment runs
• Manage accounts receivable functions, including invoicing and collections follow-up
• Prepare and post month-end journal entries as part of the close process
• Assist with account reconciliations and supporting schedules
• Help with ad hoc projects and reporting requests from the Sales team
• Support Accounting Supervisor on special projects, process improvements, and audit requests
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation Education / Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
• Basic understanding of AP/AR processes and general ledger concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP a plus)
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., Great Plains) a plus, but not required Specialized Knowledge & Skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Clear, professional communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset

Pay Range:

$57,000 - $67,000 annually, depending on experience.
