Job Description

A hospitality company in West Hollywood is seeking a Staff Accountants for a temporary leave of absence. The Staff Accountant will provide interim support while a key General Ledger team member is on leave. This role is onsite on Monday - Thursday from 10-6PM.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily sales reconciliationsComplete bank reconciliationsPrepare and post journal entriesProcess venue payment applicationsSupport general ledger and month-end accounting activitiesAssist with other accounting duties as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Staff AccountantHospitality industry background requiredStrong understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliationsExperience with journal entries and cash activityAbility to work independently and start quicklyStrong attention to detail and accuracyThis is an onsite role Monday - Thursday from 10-6PM. Hospitality experience is required and experience with R365 is a plus. Pay is based on experience, between $25-35/hr.
