The Richman Asset Management Support and Portfolio Data Management Professional will work as part of the Asset Management team to achieve the departmental goals. They will report directly to the President and Director of Real Estate Operations of RAM, Inc. and will also be instructed to perform various tasks from the entire RAM team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

: Oversee quarterly and year-end reporting process which includes preparation of internal database and custom reports Posting reports to various investor portals Complete miscellaneous investor requests Manage all real estate portfolio data in the internal database Manage monthly occupancy reporting Minimum distribution process - sending invoices, tracking checks Administration of various internal file protocols Monitoring of liability and property insurance coverage through Insurance Advisors (IA) Processing department invoices with the accounting department Guide various requirements of each of the investor reporting cycles. Collection and tracking of certain financial statements Maintenance of the Richman investor portal Investor customer service request management Organization and scheduling of RAM trainings and events Oversee collection of various property data including tax information Coordinate various conference events. Miscellaneous project requests as needed

WHO SHOULD APPLY

: Investment portfolio data maintenance professionals who have worked in the real estate profession, Customer Support professionals with an understanding of real estate finance. Bookkeepers or data management professionals from the Real Estate lending or investment profession. Banking professionals who have strong data management and communication skills with knowledge of real estate finance.

QUALIFICATIONS

:

Education :

Bachelor's degree from accredited university (3.0+ GPA).

Experience :

Minimum of 1-2 years applicable experience required

Skills & Certifications :

Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite, Proficiency in Excel; Strong work ethic; Hands-on and Adaptable; Capable of self-management and self-starting; Able to handle high volume of transactions and to meet tight deadlines in time sensitive situations while maintaining a professional demeanor. Strong writing skills as well as strong analytical skills and financial acumen; Excellent organizational and communication skills;
