full-time Senior Analyst, Corporate Accounting $130,000 Base + Bonus On-site | Fairfield County, CT Elite Placement Group is representing a leading global organization seeking a Senior Analyst, Corporate Accounting to join a lean, high-impact Corporate Accounting team. This is an opportunity for an ambitious accounting professional who wants more than just another job. The team is looking for someone with drive, curiosity, and a strong desire to build a career while gaining meaningful exposure to senior accounting leadership. You'll work closely with a Manager and Director-level leadership in a small team environment, giving you significantly more visibility and responsibility than you may find in a larger accounting organization. Why This Opportunity up to $130K base salary + bonus Work directly with senior accounting leadership Join a lean team with only one other analyst/accountant Significant exposure to complex corporate accounting and global consolidation Opportunity to take on responsibilities currently handled by the Director of Accounting Strong potential for advancement within Corporate Accounting Long-term opportunity to transition into a business unit and broaden your career Excellent opportunity for a public accounting professional looking to make the move into industry What You'll Do Participate in monthly global consolidation and financial reporting Perform intercompany validation, account analysis, and dispute resolution Prepare and document monthly consolidation entries Perform consolidated equity rollforward and analysis Prepare monthly derivatives entries and related analysis Support quarterly and annual external reporting Maintain SOX controls and related documentation Coordinate with Treasury, Tax, FP&A, Technical Accounting, and business units Work with internal and external auditors Support quarterly reviews and the annual audit Help identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting What They're Looking For The team is open to candidates coming from a variety of backgrounds. You do not need industrial experience . We're particularly interested in: Public accounting professionals from Big 4 or strong Tier 2 firms Auditors with experience working on a variety of clients and industries Candidates who have worked with smaller or mid-sized revenue clients Corporate accountants with strong technical and analytical backgrounds Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting CPA strongly preferred Approximately 3-5+ years of relevant experience Strong Excel and analytical skills Experience with complex accounting, financial reporting, consolidation, or audit Strong communication and organizational skills The Person This team is looking for a go-getter with some fire in the belly .
