Must have Construction industry General Contractor or Subcontractor accounting experience . This Construction company has an outstanding reputation. Construction Accounting Manager or Construction Full Charge Bookkeeper Location:
Delray Beach, Florida Salary:
$100K to $120
K Technical Skill Set Required:
Small to mid-sized Construction accounting experience required Construction industry Accounting & Finance experience (current) Full ownership & oversight of end-to-end accounting; Monthly General Ledger, Bank Reconciliations, AP/AR, Profitability Analysis on projects Month End Close, quarter end close, year-end close Analyze Work-in-Progress (WIP) schedules, job cost reporting, and project profitability analysis. AIA billing Experience with system implementations. Curretnly using QuickBooks, however, this company would like to migrate to a more Construction oriented software. Balance sheet review Improve policies & procedures, internal controls Financial Statement Preparation Advanced Excel User Ad-Hoc Reports Reports to
Executive Management Job Requirements:
To qualify, candidates must have: Minimum of 7 years accounting experience within Construction Bachelor's degree, with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance.
