We are building out an in-house finance function and are hiring a Senior Accountant to serve as the operational anchor of that team. This is a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground role. You will own treasury operations, intercompany management fee allocation, purchase card administration, and recurring internal reporting, while working alongside our external CPA partner, who owns month-end close, reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and audit readiness. You will also provide review and oversight of day-to-day bookkeeping performed by our staff accountant. The organization is in the middle of meaningful change — entity restructuring, banking and card platform transitions, and process standardization. The right person sees that as the appeal rather than the obstacle. First 6 months: Own the purchase card program and the weekly and monthly reporting calendar and serve as the reliable point of contact for the external CPA team during close.
First year:
Standardize and document treasury and intercompany processes so they run consistently across every entity. Why Join Us You will report directly to the CFO and have real influence over how the finance function is built, not just how it is maintained. This is a rare chance to shape process, controls, and reporting in an organization doing meaningful work in behavioral health care. Flyland Recovery Network is an equal opportunity employer.
