• Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch) We are seeking an experienced Senior/Staff Accountant for a contract opportunity in Kissimmee, FL.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing financials for homeowner/community associations and proficiency with Vantaca software . Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly financial statements and account reconciliations Perform month-end close activities, including balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and prepaid schedules Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and revenue reporting Ensure monthly financial packages are completed and delivered by the 20th of each month Manage an assigned portfolio of 20-25 properties, increasing to 37-40 properties within the first 90 days Monitor community finances and maintain accurate financial records Qualifications 3+ years of accounting experience in a Staff Accountant or Senior Accountant role HOA, property management, or community association accounting experience strongly preferred Experience using Vantaca software required Strong understanding of month-end close, financial reporting, AP/AR, accruals, and reconciliations Ability to manage multiple entities/properties in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and communication skills

Pay Details:
