Senior Staff Accountant:

Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules. Support month-end close and maintain accurate general ledger activity. Manage prepaid expenses and fixed assets from detailed schedules. Support payroll accounting, reporting, and account analysis. The Senior Staff Accountant will analyze GL data, investigate variances, and support financial reporting. Assist with audit requests, process improvements, and accounting automation initiatives. Senior Staff Accountant:

1+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, including GL reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close. Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and large data set analysis. Ability to work with raw GL data dumps, build reports, automate calculations, and identify trends. Experience accounting for prepaid expenses, fixed assets, AP, AR, revenue approvals, and related schedules.
