Job Summary We are looking for someone to join our locally owned PV/Electrical Contract company. This position will be assisting the Controller in various Accounting and office functions as needed. Responsibilities Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Payroll Billings Other Miscellaneous tasks as needed Skills Strong understanding of GAAP and experience in construction accounting. Proficiency with financial software such as QuickBooks and Sage Timberline; advanced skills in Microsoft Office especially Excel for data analysis and spreadsheet management. Knowledge of technical accounting concepts including journal entries, debits & credits, account reconciliation, and balance sheet management. Excellent numeracy skills combined with strong attention to detail; ability to analyze complex financial data accurately. Effective communication skills for customer service-oriented interactions and collaboration within cross-functional teams. Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality. 3-5 years hands on

Accounting Experience Pay:

$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
