Rush CPA & Associates is a growing CPA firm in Atlantic, Iowa, serving individuals, businesses, and a large base of agricultural clients across southwest Iowa. We're hiring a Tax Accountant with a real path to future ownership in the firm, pay of $80,000-$100,000, and a summer schedule of four 7-hour days. We're a small, collaborative team that shares knowledge freely and respects your time outside the office. What you'll do Prepare individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns Handle bookkeeping and payroll for business clients Research tax issues and communicate directly with clients What we're looking for Tax preparation experience (required) Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred but not required Agricultural tax experience a plus Familiarity with ProSeries, QuickBooks Online, or Karbon a plus What we offer $80,000-$100,000 per year, based on experience Path to future ownership interest in the firm Summer schedule: four 7-hour days 401(k) with employer match Paid time off Flexible schedule A small-town cost of living that makes your salary go further
