full-time We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join a growing Accounting Operations team. This role serves as the senior accounting expert and trusted partner to the Accounting Operations Supervisor, focusing on process improvements, project ownership, operational excellence, and complex accounting analysis. Responsibilities Own and manage accounting processes and special projects from planning through delivery. Analyze accounting and operational issues and develop effective solutions. Lead process improvement initiatives and help transition accounting functions into a centralized environment. Support system implementations and process changes. Partner with stakeholders across multiple business functions. Provide guidance and support on complex accounting matters. Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI-driven efficiencies. Train and mentor junior accounting team members when needed. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field. 5+ years of professional accounting or finance experience. Experience working in Accounting Operations, Finance Operations, AP, AR, or similar environments. Proven ability to independently manage projects and end-to-end processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred Qualifications Process improvement and KPI development experience. Experience coaching or mentoring team members. Exposure to automation, system implementations, or AI-enabled process improvements.
