full-time Senior Accountant Established manufacturing/distribution company is looking to add a Senior Accountant to its team in Wood Dale, IL. Reporting directly to the Controller, this is a broad-based Sr. Accountant role with exposure well beyond traditional GL responsibilities.
Senior Accountant Snapshot:
Month-end close, journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations Inventory accounting and related reserves Parent company financial reporting Fixed assets, intercompany accounting and commission calculations Cash forecasting and management reporting Internal controls, audit support and process improvement Oversight/support of AP and AR activities
Background:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong GAAP and Excel skills Inventory accounting experience NetSuite or similar ERP experience CPA preferred Good opportunity for Senior Accountant who enjoys a hands-on, well-rounded accounting role and wants exposure across the business.
