Job Description

Part-Time Project Cost Accountant — Karpatia Trucks, Middlebury, IN Karpatia Trucks builds custom food trucks and mobile retail units in Middlebury Our current bookkeeper is great! But part-time, and we've grown - and need more hands. ~15-20 hours/week.

Task examples:

Project cost reconciliation: Xero vs. spreadsheets Reconcile shop labor logs against payroll hours per project Verify subcontractor and vendor payments against invoices and the correct project codes Maintain and improve the tracker templates And some AR/AP work like chase payments, send invoices What we need: Job/project cost accounting experience: RV, construction, manufacturing, custom fabrication, or trades strongly preferred Comfortable in Xero and Google Sheets On-site in Middlebury roughly two half days/week; Flexible hours, can be outside of both 9-5 office or 5AM-1PM shop schedule. Rest flexible, can be WFH or we can comp a co-working space seat if you don't have a suitable home office. Hourly rate range based on experience and profile.

Pay:

$25.00 - $32.00 per hour
