Blythe CPAs & Advisors is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to communicate effectively while maintaining client confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Documenting and monitoring financial transactions
• Preparing and filing financial documents
• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconciling accounts
• Processing payroll and tracking payroll data
• Assisting with tax payments and returns
• Processing sales tax returns

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
• Solid grasp of fundamental accounting concepts, procedures, and best practices
