•About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant/AR to support revenue accounting, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and month-end close activities. This role will partner with operational and finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong internal controls. Key Responsibilities Manage revenue and accounts receivable general ledger accounts and monthly reconciliations. Prepare journal entries and support month-end and year-end close processes. Reconcile billing, cash receipts, and supporting records to the general ledger. Investigate and resolve account discrepancies and reconciling items. Review aging reports, outstanding balances, and account activity to identify trends and risks. Assist with financial reporting, audit requests, and process improvement initiatives. Maintain documentation and support adherence to accounting policies and internal controls. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of accounting, accounts receivable, billing, or financial reconciliation experience. Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and month-end close processes. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis. Experience with ERP or enterprise accounting systems preferred. MS Dynamics GP preferred. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
