Key Responsibilities Handle daily accounting activities, including journal entries, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger (GL) transactions. Review and process vendor invoices, employee expense reimbursements, and payment documentation. Perform bank reconciliations, vendor account reconciliations, and balance sheet account reconciliations. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Review purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoices to ensure accuracy and proper accounting treatment. Support inventory accounting, cost accounting, and freight expense tracking and reconciliation. Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation in SAP. Assist with financial statement preparation, management reporting, and variance analysis. Support annual financial audits, tax preparation, and internal control procedures. Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, warehouse, and other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies. Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 1-3 years of accounting or relevant finance experience preferred; qualified entry-level candidates are welcome. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with other departments. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Preferred:

Previous experience in a manufacturing, trading, or distribution company. Familiarity with U.S. GAAP and general accounting procedures. Experience with AP, AR, inventory accounting, or month-end closing. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese. $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
