Staff Accountant Reports to : CFO, Controller, and/or their designee

Job Classification:

Full Time Work Schedule:

Dealership Hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday. 40-45 hours per week, or as dealership volume and needs dictate, and scheduled by controller Scope of departmental work: General accounting support for Dealership operations.

Education requirements:

College degree preferred, 2 years' experience required

Compensation:

Annual salary of $50,000-$70,000. Compensation will be proposed based on any past experience and production history.

Responsibilities:

Deal Accounting Functions

• Functions and operations within this job class may be; o Accounts payable, Account Receivable o Variable group accounting support o Fixed operation support o Payroll Administration o General ledger accounting
• Perform various weekly and monthly reconciliations supporting assigned GL accounts.
• Provide backup support as requested.
• Perform requested analysis, or suggest others based on your experience.
• Perform tasks and function as request by your supervision or dealership management.
