- Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts.
- Reconcile bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts monthly.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Assist with accounts payable, receivable, and payroll entries as needed.
- Generate financial reports and assist management with budget tracking.
- Maintain documentation for audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Core Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 2-5 years of general accounting or bookkeeping experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with high accuracy.
