Eagle Industries, Inc., a global leader in manufacturing, is seeking a staff accountant. This position supports the controller and accounting team with day-to-day accounting, financial analysis/reporting, and implementing improvements in compliance with GAAP.

Essential Job Duties:

• Process AP & AR including expense report reconciliations, processing invoices, researching and resolving open issues and or transactions. Cutting checks / account reconciliation. Processing customer invoicing, payments, inventory.
• Review GL account Balances /Account analysis and reconciliations for monthly and annual journal entry preparation
• Intercompany transactions
• Regulatory reporting as assigned
• Demonstrate knowledge of balance sheet reconciliation
• Prepare and maintain journal entries
• Month end closing entries such as expense accruals, prepaid and other close entries, and collate and analyze account data and generate financial reports.

Degree:

B.A. or B.S. in accounting, finance, or economics

• Microsoft office w/ advanced Excel Knowledge (Macros/VLookup)
• High attention to detail
• outstanding organizations, written, verbal communication skills
• Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principals -

$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
