Job Summary As a Senior Accountant, you'll support accurate financial reporting and dependable accounting operations. You'll apply accounting and finance experience to maintain records, review transactions, and support financial compliance. Duties Process weekly payroll Prepare journal entries and perform general ledger accounting, account reconciliation, and general ledger reconciliation in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Oversee accounts payable, invoice processing, accounts payable automation, accounts receivable management, and payroll management. Review financial records, use Excel data analysis and formulas, including VLOOKUP, and prepare spreadsheets to support reporting and analysis. Maintain accurate data entry and handle confidential information with care.
