My Dumpster Guy and Raptor Recycle & Transfer are looking for someone to keep our books in order and our numbers behaving. We need an accounting pro to take ownership of day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping, helping keep both businesses running smoothly.

The Job:

Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping for both companies Handle accounts payable and account reconciliations Maintain accurate financial records in NetSuite Assist with month-end close and financial reporting Spot discrepancies, identify trends, and suggest ways to improve processes

The Must-Haves:

You're detail-oriented, dependable, and love a good reconciliation. You take ownership of your work, notice when something looks off, and aren't afraid to speak up with ideas. Excel experience is a must! This is an entry level position but does require a business degree.

The Preferred Haves:

NetSuite and QuickBooks are not a mandatory requirement, but previous experience is preferred. Previous accounting experience will help you get to the top of our list, but we aren't shy about teaching either.

The Prerequisites:

You have to love people, dogs, tacos, and be willing to offer music suggestions for the office. (Not loving tacos may not disqualify you, but we may question your taste.) If a balanced balance sheet makes your day and you want to help keep the dumpsters rolling, we want to meet you!
