Senior Accounting Manager - Commercial Real Estate (Full-Time) We're a commercial real estate firm looking for an experienced Senior Accounting Manager to lead our accounting team. You'll keep the books accurate, make sure reporting gets done on time, and help the team grow. Our portfolio includes about 50 commercial properties, so there's plenty to keep you busy and a real chance to make your mark. What you'll do Lead the property accounting team's daily work and help hire, train, and develop staff Run the month-end close, including financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and bank reconciliations Review monthly reports: income statements, balance sheets, and budget vs. actual variances Oversee the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management Handle year-end CAM reconciliations, including checking statements and working through tenant disputes Help build property budgets (revenue, vacancy, and operating expenses) Review and approve billing adjustments on tenant ledgers Manage payroll and real estate commission payments, including state and federal tax filings Prepare year-end reports for our outside auditors Work closely with property management and operations staff Help leadership with special projects as they come up What we're looking for 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in commercial real estate Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred) Solid knowledge of GAAP Experience leading a team Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information Clear communication, both written and spoken Knowledge with Microsoft 365;

Yardi Voyager Pay:

$75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
