Old School Brand™ is a growing, family-owned specialty food company looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Staff Accountant to manage our day-to-day accounting and office functions. Responsibilities Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Enter customer orders and vendor bills Receive and record payments Prepare and send invoices Pay bills and assist with bank reconciliations Maintain accurate financial records Handle basic office duties, filing, and phone calls Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information Assist with basic sales tax and accounting requirements Qualifications 2+ years of accounting experience required Experience with AP/AR and accounting software Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities Professional, dependable, and trustworthy References required Schedule Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-4:00 PM Weekends off 7 paid Holidays This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who wants to take ownership of the accounting functions within a small, growing company.
