We are currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Accountant to join our office. The ideal candidate must possess substantial accounting skills as well as proficiency with Quickbooks & Microsoft Office Suite. Responsibilities:

Manage all accounting transactions. Account for the company's financial status. Auditing financial documents and transactions. Analyze financial information. Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements. Report the company's financial health and liquidity. Maintain financial documentation and prepare reports. Oversee Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable. Prepare sales tax fillings and work in conjunction with Tax Accountant. Reconciling bank statements. Consolidate financial statements. Comply with GAAP financial policies and regulations. Proactively assist with tax planning.

Requirements and skills:

Work experience as an Accountant. Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures. Hands-on experience with Quickbooks Online. Competence with Microsoft Office suite. Experience with general ledger functions. Strong attention to detail. Degree in Accounting or Finance, additional certification a plus (CPA or CMA)

$80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
