KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a company in Hillsborough County, NH that is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join its Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career accounting professional looking to gain hands-on experience with a large, publicly traded organization. The Accounting Clerk will work closely with the Controller and support day-to-day accounting activities, primarily focused on accounts payable, accounts receivable, and data entry. Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable activities Process invoices, payments, and other accounting transactions Perform accounting-related data entry and maintain accurate financial records Assist the Controller with various accounting tasks and projects Research and resolve basic discrepancies as needed Provide additional support to the Finance team based on experience and business needs

Qualifications:

Previous AP, AR, or general accounting experience preferred Accounting-focused internship experience will be considered Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working with financial data and performing data entry Ability to learn quickly and take on additional accounting responsibilities Compensation is up to $25/hr DOE. #LI-GA1
