Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to requests.
Help ensure accounting activities comply with company policies, GAAP, and applicable requirements.
Partner with teams across the organization to resolve accounting questions and support financial operations.
Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve accounting processes.
Gain exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Handle confidential financial information with professionalism and sound judgment.
Support additional accounting and finance initiatives as the business evolves.

Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
2-5 years of accounting, financial operations, or related experience preferred.
Public accounting experience and/or CPA or CPA-track experience is a plus.
Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, general ledger accounting, and reconciliations.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills and comfort working with financial data.
Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
