Job Description

Soni is partnering with an established organization seeking a Staff Accountant for a long term contract assignment. This person will support day-to-day corporate accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, and general ledger activity within a collaborative finance team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare journal entries and month-end adjustments Complete account reconciliations Review general ledger activity Support month-end close Assist with financial analysis and reporting Research and resolve accounting discrepancies Support additional accounting projects as needed
Requirements:
2+ years of corporate accounting experience Month-end close experience Journal entry and reconciliation experience Strong Excel skills Strong attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Preferred Skills:
Strong ERP system experience Multi-location accounting exposure CPA or progress toward
CPA Compensation:
$28-35/ Hr Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications. #SONICNJ
