As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced CPA to join our team and support our clients with high-touch, technology-driven accounting and tax services. You will become an integral part of our clients' financial operations to ensure financial clarity, operational efficiency, and an exceptional client experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of tax and accounting work, client interaction, and problem-solving in a fast-paced, modern CPA firm environment. You will support our team and clients with: Oversight of accurate transaction coding and posting Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations Sales & Use tax filings Maintaining fixed asset records (equipment, furniture, fixtures) Compilations Business and individual tax preparation Tax planning and strategy Tax notice response Collaboration with the team on quarterly or monthly virtual CFO meetings for clients

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

7+ years bookkeeping or accounting experience (CAS, outsourced accounting, or in-firm experience preferred) 5+ years of individual, partnership and S-Corp tax preparation Strong QuickBooks Online skills A commitment to accuracy, consistency, and timely deliverables Strong client service mindset and excellent communication skills

Additional Assets:

Self starter Comfort with automation tools and process improvement Ability to manage multiple clients in a structured, deadline-driven environment Solid understanding of accrual accounting

Pay:

$110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
