We are looking for a candidate with accounting experience, preferably within the construction industry. Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop is required.

Responsibilities include:

Creating and managing purchase orders Creating estimates for new contracts. Sending invoices and processing payments Uploading and organizing bills Organizing Time Sheets Following up with vendors Assisting with WIP schedules Performing general accounting and administrative tasks

Additional Preferences:

Notary certification is preferred but not required.

Other duties:
