Fluency in both Russian/English is required. Some college education or professional credentials are required. Candidate should have strong skills primarily in business & individual tax return preparation using ProSeries/CCH/ATX as well as QuickBooks, payroll processing, and Word/Excel. Good communication skills are required for dealing with clients, and federal/state tax authorities. Compensation will be based on experience level and skill set, and there is continued opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Full corporate accounting operations (maintain general ledger, year-end statement preparation, payroll )
• Preparation and review of business and individual tax returns

Experience:

• 3 or more years at a CPA firm or comparable tax return preparation office experience Required languages:

• Russian, English Education:

• A degree in accounting or some college credits are required This is not a work-from-home position.
