full-time Senior Tax Accountant With Partner Track You'll have a defined track to Partnership if you join this 30 person, boutique firm near Ronkonkoma. You'll join as a Senior Accountant on day 1 but there a clear path to advance to Manager and Partner in future (if that's your ambition). This is a true generalist position. It will be a mix of prep and review work. Complex clients across a range of industries. Some international too. Experience in this area would help, but it's certainly not an essential requirement. Having your license is essential. And a track record of progression in a small to mid sized firm. Industries include HNW individuals, closely-held businesses, private equity and international clients.
