PM Responsibilities:

• Partner with Project Managers on project budgets, financial tracking, and billing schedules
• Prepare and process client invoices accurately and on time
• Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
• Monitor project financial performance and identify budget variances
• Assist with forecasting, monthly close, and project reporting
• Maintain accurate project accounting records and documentation
• Support overall accounting operations and financial reporting Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2-5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a project-based environment
• Strong Microsoft Excel and accounting software skills
• Experience with project-based accounting systems such as Deltek, Ajera, or similar is a plus
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
