Job Overview This is a key role in AN Supps finance department that interacts with a cross-sectional management group and will initially focus on financial statement integrity. This position will be integral in ensuring the accuracy of the entries made to the accounting system.

Phase I:

• Prepare month-end journal entries
• Perform monthly account reconciliations Fixed Assets Prepaids Accrued payables
• Perform monthly intercompany reconciliations
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Prepare documentation for external auditors
• Backup for A/P and A/R clerks
• Assist in researching invoicing problems
• Review A/P postings to ensure accuracy
• Assist in year-end inventory
• Recommend ways to reduce costs and enhance revenue
• Review financial statements for accuracy and legal compliance
• Provides great customer service to internal and external clients, answering questions and solving business problems

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
