Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience. Excellent knowledge of QuickBooks Online. Strong understanding of accrual accounting. Experience in manufacturing, precast concrete, construction materials, or similar industries. Knowledge of inventory accounting, cost of goods sold, and job costing. Experience tracking labor, materials, equipment, and manufacturing overhead. Ability to prepare monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. Experience with accounts payable, receivables, payroll reconciliation, and bank reconciliations. Knowledge of fixed assets, equipment capitalization, and depreciation. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Primary Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records. Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial transactions. Establish and improve accounting procedures and internal controls. Track production costs and inventory. Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports. Assist management with budgeting and cash flow projections. Coordinate with outside accountants and company management.

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
