Job Description

  • Tax Accountant (CPA) — Whitehall, OH
  • Pay:
    $85,000
  • $105,000 per year Looking for a seat where your work truly matters and the path ahead is wide open? A well-established, locally owned CPA practice on the east side of Columbus is adding an experienced CPA, with a real long-term growth path for the right person. What you'll do:
  • Prepare federal, state and local returns for corporations, partnerships, individuals, trusts and nonprofits
  • Perform review and compilation engagements
  • Work directly with a loyal base of small business clients
  • Help keep the practice peer-review ready under OSCPA and AICPA standards
  • Take on more client ownership over time What you bring:
  • 5-7 years of public accounting experience
  • Active Ohio CPA license
  • Experience with review, compilation and tax compliance work
  • Solid knowledge of federal tax law
  • Curious, self-directed approach to research Why join:
