Job Description

OVERALL JOB PURPOSE
Responsibilities will include invoicing, bank reporting/reconciling, sales & use tax, fixed assets, journal entry preparation, general ledger account reconciliation and financial analysis.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurately post journals to the general ledger. Responsible for the reconciliation of balance sheet and income statement accounts. Review monthly information from US holding to insure the accuracy of the loan balances. Monitor fixed asset accounts audit all fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions. Insure monthly sales tax returns are reconciled and filed with the appropriate agencies. Manage and report bank activity to include, payables, loan balances and receipts. Analysis of results and trends. Other Job duties as assigned.

Communications Write clearly, concisely, and persuasively; speak tactfully and convincingly; listen well; share work related information in confidence; must be computer literate; provide clear, direct information, and interpret to users of the financial information. GAAP Demonstrate knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and practices . Analytical Skills Required to review and identify improvements in methods and procedures, also to provide management with accurate financial information. Interpersonal Skills Required in working with co-workers/managers throughout the organizational structure, also, when requested to provide necessary technical assistance and support Computer Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite as required in developing and applying models to project and simulate financial conditions and outcomes under varying operational scenarios, compiling and analyzing quantitative information. NetSuite or other ERP experience preferred.
ESSENTIAL JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting. At least three (3) years of related experience in accounting, with at least one (1) year in a manufacturing or construction service business where cost accounting is utilized.

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
