Accountant II Target Compensation:
$75,000-$85,000Location:
Vancouver, WA -Hybrid Why This Opportunity Stands Out:
- Own payroll for approximately 200 employees across multiple states
- Lead and influence AP process improvements, training, and cross-functional coverage
- Partner directly with the Corporate Controller and VP of Finance & Operations
- Gain exposure to manufacturing operations, purchasing, and broader accounting functions
- Hybrid schedule with three days in the office
- Opportunity to take on additional responsibility and drive meaningful operational improvements Key Responsibilities for the
Accountant II:
- Process biweekly multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including voucher processing, check runs, and accrual support
- Support AP training, cross-coverage, and process improvement initiatives
- Partner with production, purchasing, and finance teams to strengthen workflows
- Assist with month-end accounting activities and payroll-related reporting Qualifications for the
Accountant II:
- Payroll processing experience, preferably with ADP Workforce Now
- Full-cycle accounts payable experience
