Key Responsibilities:
Prepare daily bank reconciliations Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and account reconciliations Key contributor to month-end and year-end closing processes Prepare financial statements and internal reports Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or trends Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes Ensure compliance with accounting principles, policies, and regulations Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations Maintain accurate and organized financial records Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information Respond to ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Two plus years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of GAAP Strong technical proficiency in ERP systems (Infor XA, or similar preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail Effective communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
