Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Accountant with a strong background in payroll processing and income tax filing. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling accounting, payroll, and tax-related responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Process payroll accurately and on time. Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with applicable payroll requirements. Prepare and file individual and/or business income tax returns. Assist with general accounting duties, including reconciliations, financial records, and reporting. Review financial documents for accuracy and completeness. Communicate with clients or internal teams regarding payroll, tax, and accounting matters. Maintain organized documentation for payroll, tax filings, and accounting records. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting activities as needed. Qualifications Previous accounting experience required. Payroll processing experience required. Income tax filing experience required. Knowledge of accounting principles and tax preparation processes. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage deadlines and handle confidential information. CPA license is a strong plus, but not required. InfraHire is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Pay:
