Key Responsibilities- Junior Accountant Assist with daily accounting operations, including journal entries and general ledger maintenance. The Junior Accountant will support month-end and year-end close processes. Prepare account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies. The Junior Accountant will assist with financial reporting and analysis. Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation. Provide support for accounts payable and accounts receivable activities as needed. Ensure accounting activities are accurate and comply with company policies and accounting standards. Collaborate with team members on special projects and process improvement initiatives. Qualifications- Junior Accountant Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 1 year of accounting experience, including internships or relevant professional experience. Strong understanding of general accounting principles and financial reporting. Experience preparing account reconciliations and supporting month-end close activities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
