$65k-$70k, 8% annual bonus potential About the Opportunity Growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and general ledger activities. This is a hands-on opportunity for an accounting professional who is organized, analytical, and comfortable working across multiple departments. What You'll Do Manage accounts payable , including invoice processing, payments, vendor setup, and reconciliations Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and general ledger transactions Perform bank and intercompany reconciliations Support month-end and year-end close activities Assist with financial statements and monthly reporting Review expense reports for accuracy and proper classification Research and resolve accounting discrepancies Assist with audits, tax requests, and financial reporting Work closely with Operations, Sales, Shipping, and Management Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with company policies and accounting standards What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3-4+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills Experience with an ERP/accounting system; SAP experience is a plus Understanding of GAAP and/or IFRS preferred Experience with month-end close preferred Strong attention to detail and analytical/problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and work independently Excellent communication and teamwork skills Manufacturing, steel, or industrial experience is a plus Valid driver's license Why Consider This Opportunity?
